The Worship Choir is a community of singers who serve together to support Cedar Park's worship ministry. Choir members help lead the congregation in worship during Sunday services and special seasonal gatherings while building community and serving together as a team.
What You'll Do
- Sing with the Worship Choir during scheduled Sunday services and special gatherings
- Attend Tuesday evening rehearsals before the corresponding Sunday
- Learn and prepare assigned worship music and vocal parts
- Participate in additional rehearsals for special services such as Christmas and Easter
- Follow the direction of worship and choir leadership
- Serve with a team-focused, Christ-centered attitude
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals 16 years and older who love Jesus, enjoy singing, and have a heart for worship. Choir members should be dependable, teachable, willing to work as part of a team, and able to commit to the rehearsals and services for the season in which they are scheduled.
Time Commitment
The Worship Choir is scheduled seasonally.
Tuesday Rehearsal 6:15 PM–8:00 PM on the Tuesday before the corresponding
Sunday Sunday Morning 7:15 AM–12:30 PM
Special Services & Events
Additional Sunday afternoon rehearsals are scheduled in advance for Christmas, Easter, and other special services.
