Use your voice to help lead others in worship and create an environment where people can encounter Jesus.

The Worship Choir is a community of singers who serve together to support Cedar Park's worship ministry. Choir members help lead the congregation in worship during Sunday services and special seasonal gatherings while building community and serving together as a team.

What You'll Do

Sing with the Worship Choir during scheduled Sunday services and special gatheringsAttend Tuesday evening rehearsals before the corresponding SundayLearn and prepare assigned worship music and vocal partsParticipate in additional rehearsals for special services such as Christmas and EasterFollow the direction of worship and choir leadershipServe with a team-focused, Christ-centered attitude

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals 16 years and older who love Jesus, enjoy singing, and have a heart for worship. Choir members should be dependable, teachable, willing to work as part of a team, and able to commit to the rehearsals and services for the season in which they are scheduled.

Time Commitment

The Worship Choir is scheduled seasonally.

Tuesday Rehearsal 6:15 PM–8:00 PM on the Tuesday before the corresponding

Sunday Sunday Morning 7:15 AM–12:30 PM

Special Services & Events

Additional Sunday afternoon rehearsals are scheduled in advance for Christmas, Easter, and other special services.

As a band member, you'll use your instrument and musical abilities to help lead the congregation during Sunday services. We're looking for musicians who have a heart for worship, value preparation and excellence, and desire to serve others through the gifts God has given them.

Invest in the next generation and make a lasting impact as a CP Youth Leader!

CP Youth is a community for students in 6th–12th grade where they can experience Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and grow in their faith. Youth Leaders play an important role by providing students with consistent, caring relationships and helping create a welcoming, safe, and Christ-centered environment.

As a Youth Leader, you'll intentionally build relationships with students, participate in weekly Youth gatherings, and walk alongside students as they grow in their relationship with Jesus. Leaders also help facilitate age- and gender-based Life Groups, giving students a place to connect, ask questions, build community, and grow in their faith.

We're looking for leaders who want to do more than volunteer occasionally. This is an opportunity to become part of the CP Youth team, invest consistently in students, and grow as a leader while being discipled and supported by Pastors Sam and Breezy.

Build intentional, meaningful relationships with studentsWelcome, engage, and connect with students during weekly Youth gatheringsHelp lead and facilitate age- and gender-based Life GroupsParticipate in games, worship, teaching, and Youth activitiesEncourage and disciple students as they grow in their relationship with JesusHelp create a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environmentWork collaboratively with CP Youth staff and fellow leadersModel consistency, reliability, and a team-first mindset

Commitment

We're looking for long-term volunteers who are prepared to serve for at least one year. Consistency is an important part of building trust and meaningful relationships with students. Youth Leaders should have a team mindset and be willing to receive leadership, encouragement, and discipleship from Pastors Sam and Breezy as they serve and grow within the ministry.

Wednesday Evenings

Student check-in begins at 6:15 PM, and Youth service runs from 6:30–8:15 PM. Specific leader arrival and departure times will be communicated by the CP Youth team.
